1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Chimp you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. One person, one account. Sharing accounts violates these Terms.

3. Plays & purchases

Plays are non-transferable digital credits. They do not expire. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

4. Content

All questions, illustrations, and game mechanics are owned by Chimp. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer them.

5. Acceptable use

Keep things friendly: be respectful to other players, and don’t cheat or try to bypass payment.

6. Limitation of liability

Chimp is provided "as is", with no warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app banner before they take effect.
